With the use of your Aadhaar number, enrollment ID, virtual ID, etc., you can quickly download an Aadhaar card. To be eligible for several government welfare benefits offered by the Government of India, an Indian resident must have an Aadhaar card. The document serves as a person's evidence of address and identity. The Unique Identification Authority of India has created the 12-digit Aadhaar unique identification number (UIDAI). After enrolling for an Aadhaar card at one of the Aadhaar Centers, Banks, or Post Offices, a person can download and print a UIDAI Aadhaar card using the enrollment ID, virtual ID, or Aadhaar number that the UIDAI has supplied. After receiving a number, the person can download their Aadhaar card by following these various procedures. To download and print an e-Aadhaar card online, follow the instructions listed below:
Visit the official Aadhaar website, choose "Download Aadhaar" from the My Aadhaar menu, or go to the following URL: https://myaadhaar.uidai.gov.in/genricDownloadAadhaar.
Step 2: Choose "Aadhaar Number" from the menu.
Step 3: Next, enter the security code and 12-digit Aadhaar number, then select "Send OTP" to receive the one-time password on your registered mobile number.
Step 4: If you want to download Masked Aadhaar, choose the "masked Aadhaar" option.
Step 5: Enter the received OTP and select "Verify And Download" from the menu.
Step 6: Upon successful verification, a password-protected PDF of the Aadhaar card will be available for download in your Downloads folder.
You must enter an 8-character password to open the file. The password will be made up of the first four capital letters of your name (as it appears on your Aadhaar) and your birth year in YYYY format.
