Dear Manager,
I would like to draw your attention to the fact that my friends and I visited your restaurant in the evening yesterday. It was a momentous day for us because it was a long-awaited reunion. However, I'm sorry to inform you that the quality of the meal offered left much to be desired.
To begin with, the vegetable soup served had an excessive amount of salt and was very cold. The appetisers were likewise not up to par, being excessively spicy and heavy on the oil. Coming to the main dish, which had both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, the gravy offered in both was surprisingly similar.
The friendly service, overall ambience, and well-behaved waiters were the only saving graces of yesterday's get-together. Just hoping the food is as good as, if not better than, the service!
